Dil toh abhi bhi Bacha hai ji :P

Mujhe kehti thi tumhari vo halki c hassi is tarah kuch ishare se,
jeene k liye mksadd ki zaroort nahi hai mujhe ,
bss tumhari aatah he zindagi mein , zindagi beetane ko kafi hai.

Vo aankhon k kono se jo roshni thi,
mujhe tumhari taraf kuch is kadar hai khenchti ,
oss ki vo boond jaise subah mein ptte pe hai chamkti.

Some books just set you FREE !
The pleasant sound of breeze from the window next to my bed gives a light, happy feeling and inspires me to write something. So here are my thoughts put into words.
Recently,  I came across a quote “A good book is an event in your life”. The moment I read it a big smile spread across my face. I whole heartedly agree with the statement .I  Am reading “Shantaram” these days and I am just thrilled by the experience it is taking me through. I honestly feel  and I am pretty sure you will agree with me as well that books , especially a good book plays a very important role in building your  mindset  and changes your perception towards  life giving it new dimensions. Shantaram definitely is one of those books that will not only show  you a new light but also a great amount of connectivity while you read and re read it.
The list of books I have read is not  very long. The first complete book I read was “Five points someone” by Chetan Bhagat and since then I have started reading books like they are just part of me. Whatever I have read have molded me as a person I am today. My taste is definitely changed a lot from the FPS times but I feel very happy and relaxed about the kind of addiction it has given me.
One of the important books that still have a great impact on me is Paulo Coelho’s Like the flowing River. I sincerely believe that people who are not into reading are missing out on something. It is one thing that keeps you sane in this insane world.
A book inspires me and fills me with the confidence to face the world and do things my way. They give words to my wandering thoughts. As someone rightly said “With my eyes closed, I would touch the familiar book and draw its fragrance deep inside me. This was enough to make me happy.”
